Our rent-to-own program offers a lower barrier to entry for starting the home-buying process compared to traditional bank loans or owner financing.
You pay a small entry fee to secure an 'option period, during which you can improve your credit or stabilize your finances to qualify for traditional financing.
The best part? The home price is locked in during this period, so any appreciation in value is yours

Our owner financing program simplifies the home buying process, allowing you to become a homeowner without the hassle of traditional financing.
Unlike our rent-to-own program, you own the home immediately after closing with a title company or closing attorney. This option is ideal if you can provide a larger down payment, typically around 10%-12% of the purchase price.
It’s a great solution for individuals with bad or no credit, self-employed individuals, 1099 contractors, and those with an ITIN.

A lifelong Indiana resident, Scott's diverse professional background spans healthcare, criminal justice, facility services, distribution, logistics, and telecommunications. In 2020, he transitioned to real estate, building a successful portfolio and eventually met Natasha, leading to the co-creation of WealthSprout Properties.
As the COO, Scott spearheads the day-to-day operations of the company making sure we deliver on our promises to families and continue to surprise and delight our clients with exceptional levels of service and responsiveness.
